Dug and I picked up our bikes in Eagle River this AM. Everything went well but when i was strapping my luggage bag to the back of my brand new bike, I dropped it on it's side! No damage becuase i purchased the appropriate guards.. Dug wasn't quick enough for a picture so instead, i'll attach one of Paul on the way back from dinner tonight:
In total, we rode 250 miles total up to Gakona to meet Dan, Paul and Mark - including a long ways in the wrong direction toward Fairbanks! We love the bikes and saw some great sights - a few attached below. Had dinner with everyone at a rustic restaurant next to a river and back to this cool cabin for the evening. Tomorrow off to the Denali Highway to Healy.

Tonight's Restaurant situated next to a river - we all had the copper river salmon - rustic place but excellent food! In Gakona.All of us by the river:
